miso tahini dip

1/3 cup miso (mild)
1/3 cup tahini
1/3 cup warm water

mix and serve with veggies

mason jar
2 tea bags of your choosing
water
6+ hours in the refrigerator.....DONE!

burger sauce

2tablespoons mayonnaise
1tablespoon ketchup
1teaspoon sweet pickle relish
1/2teaspoon sugar
1/2teaspoon white vinegar
1/4teaspoon ground black pepper
(i added some mustard as well - was to mayo for me)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in small bowl.


Marinated Broccoli

4 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup fresh oregano (1-2 Tbsp fry)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1-2 cloves minced garlic

Combine and marinate all day in the refrigerator.
